FHS Headlines

FHS Course Registration 2020-21

Starting Monday, January 13th the high school counselors will visit the middle schools to begin the 2020-21, registration process. On Wednesday, January 15th, current FHS students will begin registering for classes. Registration for grades 10-12 will be done online, but both digital and paper copies of the registration guide and materials are available. Accurately registering for classes is very important as we begin to build the master schedule for the 2020-21 school year.

FHS Winter Conferences 2020

FHS Winter Conferences are here! They will take place at Farmington High School on Thursday, January 16th from 1:30pm - 7:00pm. The Winter conferences are especially important because they fall smack dab in the middle of registration for the 2020-2021 school year. It is a great opportunity to come and learn more about classes, or ask questions if you have any. During the conference night, we have a couple of presentations for you to learn more about particular programs and topics. The counselors are also available for drop in questions about registration or future planning.

Student Library Card
Dakota County Library Student Cards Now Available!

Farmington High School is excited to partner with the Dakota County Library to provide all FHS students with a virtual Dakota County Library card that connects them to all of the resources the public library system has to offer including online one-on-one homework help, research tools, eBooks, audiobooks, electronic magazines, print books, and more. The virtual Dakota County Library card number can be used online and in public library buildings. The no-fine cards will expire when students graduate. For specific details about how students can access their unique Dakota County Library Student Card number, the apps that will be beneficial to use with the card, and resources that can be accessed with the card that you may not already know about, please visit the FHS Media Center webpage.
